How does the 30-day free trial work?
After you signup you get access to all the features in the CALLPLAN.io Plan for 30 days. We want to make sure that you can get CALLPLAN.io working to your satisfaction before we ask you for your credit card.
Do you charge for incoming calls ?
No we do not charge for any incoming calls until and unless you route your calls to an external landline or Mobile.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime ?
Yes. CALLPLAN.io is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. You plan will change automatically once you reach the required number of agents for the next tier.
Is my data safe ?
We take security seriously. Our Servers are hosted in a world-class data centre that is protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data-centre is EU safe harbour compliant and all CALLPLAN.io plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe. We are also GDPR and PCI DSS Level 2 Compliant.
Who owns my data ?
You do! It’s your data after all! We want you to be with CALLPLAN.io because you love using the product, not because your data is stuck in it. You can export all your information from CALLPLAN.io any time you need, in any plan.
Will CALLPLAN.io work with my computer ?
Because CALLPLAN.io is a web-based application, it works with all computers that are connected to the internet. It works with the up-to-date versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers.
What types of payment do you accept ?
At this time we only accept bank transfers, purchase orders and orders over the phone.
